Giant Walking Tour, a fantastically beautiful day!

Last Sunday, June 2, 266 people put on their walking shoes to start for the ADOA Cure Foundation. The Giant Walking Tour was organized by the SEO Walking Association.

Throughout the day we met people leaving and arriving from their 5, 10, 20 or 30 km hike. From young to old, really fantastic! We were able to explain so much about the Cure ADOA Foundation and ADOA(-plus). We also found, very valuable, people who work for Koninklijke Visio and therefore guide people with ADOA(-plus). They could immediately take our new patient brochures with them.

In addition to the wonderful contact with people, the day also generated many donations. At the end of the day, there was €230 in the savings account that we take to our events and massive online donations were made via the Supporta campaign page. The counter now stands at €2.665! And on top of that are the proceeds from the registration fee and new donors.

We would therefore like to thank everyone very much. The village of Schoonoord for the pleasant atmosphere, Walking Association SEO for organizing and choosing our foundation and of course everyone for participating, raising money, donating and any other contribution in any form. It was fantastic!
