The program

We are working hard on the program and can already announce part of it. Depending on the number of registrations, it may be adjusted slightly.

None other than Duco Bauwens, known from the program Nederland in Beweging!, is coming to Breukelen to lead the joint warm-up! He ensures that we start this special day full of positive energy and shows in a fun and accessible way how enjoyable exercise can be.

Broadly speaking, the day looks like this:

    • 10: 00 - 10: 20 Walk in

    • 10: 20 - 10: 30 Opening

    • 10: 30 - 10: 45 Joint warm-up

    • 11: 00 - 14: 30  Activities

    • 14: 45 - 15: 30 Closing drink

During each round, various activities are offered to ensure a nice variety of different sports.

In addition to the sporting activities, there is plenty of opportunity for connection. One of the highlights of the day is our joint lunch at the beautiful location of Nyenrode University. We all sit down together for a delicious meal; the perfect moment to catch up at your leisure with other families and partners.
