Patient brochure
For patients who are unfamiliar with the Cure ADOA Foundation, we've created a digital patient brochure. You can download, email, print, etc., and bring it to the attention of your GP, ophthalmologist, optometrist, optician, low-vision specialist, clinical geneticist, and other healthcare providers, or even leave it there.
The brochure is available in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Turkish and Spanish.

Healthcare provider brochure
In order to increase awareness among healthcare providers such as ophthalmologists, orthoptists, optometrists, etc., we have created a healthcare provider brochure. With this, we hope that ADOA will be recognized more often and that the diagnosis can be made more quickly. This can be downloaded below and you can also email and print it. And of course, this may also be brought to the attention of healthcare providers.

Donation brochure
We've also created a donation flyer to raise awareness of ADOA and the Cure ADOA Foundation and to solicit donations to support scientific research. This flyer can be used for smaller initiatives like deposit refund campaigns, sponsored walks, markets, and more. We'd be happy to send it to you!
