This year has been all about progress and collaboration. We look back at some of the major milestones in the journey to ADOA treatment and awareness. Here are 5 highlights:
⭐ The Road to Treatment: This year we have made huge strides in the search for a treatment for ADOA. Thanks to the work of the enthusiastic volunteers, led by Peter Makai, we have the opportunity to follow everything via the section 'The Road to Treatment'. We are getting closer! ⭐ Actions for ADOA: From running actions to deposit refund actions, this year we raised thousands of euros for ADOA research! A huge thank you to everyone who got involved. Your support really makes a difference! With your donations and actions over the past years, we were able to donate no less than 100.000 dollars to Stanford Medicine to promote important ADOA research. Look back at all the actions here.
⭐ ADOA Awareness Day: This year we celebrated the very first ADOA Awareness Day! An important day to raise awareness for ADOA worldwide and what an impact we made with your help! 💙 This is the special page we created for the day.
⭐ Peer Support Days: This year we organized 2 great peer support days, great to meet you all! It was fantastic to share stories, support each other and stand stronger together in the fight against ADOA. This is a review of the last peer support day.
⭐ Volunteers in the spotlight: What would we be without our amazing volunteers? Because of you, we were able to attend the ZieZo fair and the Eunos congress this year.
