We're off! We've been working hard behind the scenes on our ADOA podcast for months now. The first recordings are done! Last weekend, several podcast guests traveled to Bartiméus in Zeist, where we recorded the second series of episodes under the guidance of podcast maker Leon Augustijn.
In the first podcasts you will soon be able to listen to:
👁️ Lowie and Denny about exercising with a buddy.
👁️ Leendert, Thijs and Richard about what it's like to have a partner with ADOA. They share experiences that can sometimes be quite funny.
👁️ Board members Maud, Hedy, Gabriëlle and Lotte about the Cure ADOA Foundation, our goals and how we achieve them.
👁️ Hedy on scientific research into ADOA(-plus). What is currently going on? What is the Cure ADOA Foundation involved in, where does the money raised by the foundation go? And why is it so important that people participate?
👁️ Various professionals on, among other things, the grieving process of losing your sight, poor vision in children and young people and the heredity of ADOA(-plus).
During the ADOA peer support day on November 9, we will record a podcast with Wouter Jongerius who will talk about his experiences as a volunteer and father of a daughter with ADOA.
🙋 In addition, we want to record a podcast during the peer support day with people who want to share their experiences with the Cure ADOA Foundation and what it has brought them. Do you want to contribute to our podcast in this way? Then come to the peer support day and join the round table discussion.
👉 You can register during the peer support day with Maud van Gerwen.
