Last week Hedy, Richard and Peter represented the Cure ADOA Foundation at the NOG congress in Maastricht. A coming and going of professionals specialized in ophthalmology, sharing knowledge with each other.
🧑⚕️ We spoke to a lot of visitors. Ophthalmologists, optometrists, AIOS and ANIOS, TOAs, orthoptists, operating room assistants, physician researchers and many more. Well-known names, such as Camiel Boon, Mies van Genderen, Caroline Klaver and Jan Willem Pott, but also many professionals who had never heard of ADOA.
People were very enthusiastic about our new healthcare provider brochure that was distributed a lot. The agenda for giving information sessions was also filled up nicely. Thanks to the congress, we have increased the awareness at ophthalmology clinics throughout the Netherlands. From Dokkum to Maastricht and from Breda to Stadskanaal and everything in between.
✨ As icing on the cake, we also sold 21 Cure ADOA Foundation Doppers! With this we raised €325,- for research into ADOA(-plus).
