🧡 Today we celebrate King's Day! Did you know that the Cure ADOA Foundation was created by a very special coincidence on this day?
Years ago, Lotte wanted to buy a cigar box from Dorien at the flea market. When paying, they both noticed that they couldn't see the banknotes clearly. They started talking and made an incredible discovery: they both had the rare disease ADOA!
🤝 This coincidence was the beginning of it all. Lotte and Dorien started a Facebook group and thought: “If we just run into each other here, there must be more people.” That group quickly grew into the Cure ADOA Foundation as we know it today.
Thanks to your amazing support, we have already been able to achieve a lot since then:

🔬 Of this is already € 178.929, - donated to important scientific research.
💙 We are incredibly grateful for how far we have come since that one moment at the stall. Together, we make a difference!
