After last year's great success, Bouwbedrijf Jongerius is once again supporting the Cure ADOA Foundation this year. So pull out the Christmas sweaters and put up a photo of yourself or your colleague Facebook of Instagram and tag Bouwbedrijf Jongerius. For every Christmas sweater, Bouwbedrijf Jongerius transfers €10,00 to the Cure ADOA Foundation.
𝗪𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗔The Cure ADOA Foundation was founded in 2018 by and for patients with autosomal dominant optic atrophy (ADOA) and the plus variant. ADOA is a very rare hereditary eye disorder. This condition involves a lack of oxygen in the optic nerve cells, causing them to break. ADOA causes visual impairment and can lead to blindness. Complaints develop in childhood and cannot be reversed. So far there is no treatment for this disease. Due to the unknown nature of this disease, there is little funding to start research aimed at this condition. This campaign is therefore desperately needed to raise money for research!
